At TinyBusy, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your product isn’t exactly what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days—no hassle, no questions asked. Shopping should be simple and stress-free, just like our return process.

 

Why We Make Returns So Easy

 

We know life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we stand behind the quality of our products, whether it’s a Quiet Book or other educational toys. While we take pride in our creations, we understand that circumstances change, and returns happen—even for the funniest reasons!

 

You Can Return Your Order If:

 

You or your child didn’t enjoy the Quiet Book, Activity Mat, or Educational Toy.

You weren’t satisfied with the product’s quality.

Your child received the same gift from their favorite aunt.

Your dog mistook it for a toy and turned it into shreds.

It fell victim to an unfortunate ice cream incident—no questions asked!

 

How to Make a Return

 

Though we’re sad to see you go, we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Here’s how to return an item:

 

1. Reach out to us:

Email us at joy@tinybusy.com or message us on Facebook.

Provide your order number to verify your purchase. We accept returns for purchases made on TinyBusy.com, Etsy.com, or Amazon.com.

If the purchase was from a third-party seller, we cannot guarantee product quality or accept returns.

2. Confirm your return eligibility:

Purchases must be made within 30 days of your request. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Please note that digital products are non-refundable. However, if you encounter download issues, contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the problem.

 

Charges and Refunds

 

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we’ll refund 100% of what you paid us. Original shipping fees will not be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fees: We don’t charge any. Your refund will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or containing the wrong products, let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make things right.

 

1. Email us at joy@tinybusy.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. For damaged items, attach a photo to help us process your claim quickly.
